Linda Morehouse is a spiritual teacher, workshop facilitator, meditation instructor and certified EFT practitioner.
Students will be introduced to techniques such as mediation, mindfulness, and/or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as a way to reduce stress and anxiety. These methods have been proven to calm an overstimulated nervous system. Students will experience improved sleeping patterns, reduced test anxiety, and make better choices by increasing self-worth, etc.
Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as “tapping”) is a simple, easy to learn technique that helps to reduce stress and anxiety. EFT is a form of energy psychology that involves applying gentle pressure with the fingers (tapping) on various acupressure points on the body. When it is done in connection with tuning into a negative emotion (such as anger or sadness), it reduces the emotional charge associated with that emotion.
